Sometimes a photograph can produce an unexpected result. These two photos from Kingswear and Dartmouth contain the capture of a "line" that have split the photo. This sort of creates the effect that two parts have been joined together. The picture on the left shows a wall and a light pole that completely cuts the picture. The left side seems darker than the right side, the buildings do not seem to join in the right way. The photo on the right seems to have the effect you get with a cracked mirror. In both of these examples nothing has been adjusted, this is what the camera has captured.
